All our products are very high in beneficial bacteria and enzymes – no single variety has more or less bacteria than another.
The difference lies in the ingredients– it really comes down to personal preference and possible food intolerances. In saying that, many foods, once fermented, are much more easily digested and absorbed.
For example, Anna cannot eat raw or cooked garlic, as she gets a sore throat and belly cramps after eating it. However, she has no problems munching Kim Chi and French Beetroot, which are full of garlic! Just a fine example of the powers of fermentation!
